Shipping policy

All orders are shipped within 48-72 hours after after purchase. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Orders placed late on Fridays, Holidays or during the weekend will be processed by our shipper on the next business day.

Please note that potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control may occur.  Moreover, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, delivery schedule may vary ranging from 2 to 7 business days or more depending on which state you are located.

International Shipping

Our products come from US and we offer international shipping worldwide. Shipping rates are as follows:

For United States orders, we use USPS.

All international packages may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Please check your local customs website for more information. The NYCLUXE is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking link you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 to 72 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at nycluxeinc@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 4 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the 20% restocking fees for the return or exchange. You have to notify us within 72 hours after receipt of the item if you wish to return the item.
